AAHA/CVC Certificate Programs
Support staff can earn a Receptionist Certificate or a Veterinary Assistant Certificate through the AAHA/Cedar Valley College partnership. These certificate programs allow you to offer your staff a benefit that benefits you — the opportunity to grow themselves personally and professionally, while becoming more valuable to your practice.

Distance Education Veterinary Technician Program (DEVTP)
DEVTP, offered through a partnership between AAHA and Cedar Valley College, is an AVA-accredited program allowing veterinary assistants to earn an associate's degree. Completing DEVTP allows graduates to sit for the Veterinary Technician National Exam and earn certification in their states. DEVTP became accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) in 2001 and is one of a few fully accredited distance veterinary technology education programs to receive this distinction.

All staff at veterinary hospitals, animal shelters and animal control facilities can benefit from this free online, self-paced one-hour course. Available 24/7.
