In the Coaching TIPS Workshop, participants acquire the skills to interact with others in ways that motivate action, drive out fear, and create the partnerships required to accomplish team and organizational goals

- Learn about and assess the impact of your coaching skills

- Build on your own experience and sharpen your skills when influencing others

Transportation
We strongly encourage you to book your flight into the Colorado Springs, Colorado Airport. This airport is only 15-20 minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
After your plane lands at the Colorado Springs Airport, simply go to the resort’s information desk located across from Baggage Claim #3. A shuttle will be ready to take you to the resort.
If you fly into Denver International Airport and rent a car, you can expect to be on the road for at least 1 to 1 ½ hours to Colorado Springs.
Due to our program start and stop times, please do not make return travel arrangements until at least 5 p.m. on Tuesday from the Colorado Springs airport or until at least 7 p.m. on Tuesday from the Denver International Airport.
