Be sure to make your hotel reservation by the deadlines listed below and identify yourself as an attendee of the American Animal Hospital Association meeting to receive the preferred group rate.

Level One, October 22-25, 2008 program: Reserve hotel by September 23, 2008.
Reservations made after this deadline will be accepted on availability only.

Level One, February 18-21, 2009 program: Reserve hotel by January 27, 2009.
Reservations made after this deadline will be accepted on availability only.

Room Rate: $111 Single/Double Monday-Thursday; $85 Single/Double Friday-Sunday

February 18-21, 2009
Room Rate: $129 Single/Double Tuesday-Thursday; $89 Single/Double Friday-Saturday

Check In: 3:00 p.m. (Please advise the hotel if you require an early check in.)
Check Out: Noon (Please advise the hotel if you require a late check out.)

Be mindful not to book your return flight before 6:00 p.m. on the final day of the program.
